“I knew I wanted to be an artist at the age of eight,” says Amy Callaway. At age nine, she received her first award (for a soap carving of a whale). Voted most-artistic in high school, she received an art scholarship when attending Northern Illinois University.
Today, Amy works in her own Ozarks studio creating watercolor paintings, painted gourds and creating collections of prints and gift products. She can often be found demonstrating at the Branson Mill Craft Village.
