CHECK-IN
Check-in with StateoftheOzarks Staff at the Hollister Farmers Market, 108 Chad Lane, Hollister, MO, at your CALL TIME of 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8, or 8:30AM. He’ll give you your vendor pack with your booth number and let you know when you can proceed onto the street. NOTE: Downing Street closes to all vehicle traffic @ 9AM.

LOAD-IN
Turn left on St. James.
At LIGHT, turn left ONTO
Bird Cage Walk (NOT BUS 65)
Turn right on White Hall, then turn right on Downing.
– Proceed to your space.
– Pull to side to allow traffic past.
– Unload your stuff into your space. DO NOT SETUP UNTIL YOU HAVE PARKED YOUR CAR FOR THE DAY.
– Go park on Esplanade Street, near Depot, or in City Hall parking, or at 108 Chad Lane.
Return to festival and continue setting up. Festival opens at 10AM.
TRAFFIC ON DOWNING IS ONE WAY. Do not turnaround on street.

FOR CENTER ROW VENDORS
PLACE your stuff on the sidewalk until the street is closed at 9AM. Once street is closed to traffic, YOU MAY SETUP YOUR BOOTH.

FOR FESTIVAL
Please inflate and attach the provided festival balloons to your vendor space.
Booth MUST BE WEIGHED DOWN WITH 25 lbs per leg.
Sales tax is 8.35%.

YOUR VENDOR BOOTH MUST REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 6PM.
If you need someone to temporarily watch your booth, please ask for an FFA volunteer at booth #54.
NOTE: Downing Street CLOSES to vehicle traffic at 9AM.

LOAD-OUT
At 6PM festival close, pack up your stuff and get it ready to load.
If you are a center row booth, pack your stuff to the sidewalk as soon as possible to allow ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
6AM vendors’ cars will be allowed onto street first. As soon as 6AM vendors are clear, 6:30s will be allowed to bring cars onto street, and so on. We will let you know when your section can bring cars onto the street.
CENTER ROW BOOTHS will load out at the same time as the rest of your section.
Street will LOAD OUT systematically from NORTH TO SOUTH.
If YOU ARE in a LATER CALL TIME, please WAIT PATIENTLY to bring your vehicles onto the street.
