StateoftheOzarks\u2019 Cookin\u2019
\nOLD-FASHIONED CHEESECAKE<\/strong><\/h1>\n

This cheesecake recipe has become the signature StateoftheOzarks birthday cake. It is particularly good with crushed raspberries or blackberries on top.<\/p>\n

Crust:<\/em>
\n1 1\/2 cups crushed graham crackers
\n1\/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
\n1 tsp. cinnamon
\n1\/3 cup melted butter<\/p>\n

Filling:<\/em>
\n16 oz. cream cheese, softened
\n2 eggs, beaten
\n2\/3 cup sugar
\n1 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n

Topping:<\/em>
\n1 1\/2 cups dairy sour cream
\n1\/4 cup sugar
\n1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/em>
\nMix crust ingredients and press in bottom of 9-inch springform pan. \u00a0Blend filling ingredients until smooth. \u00a0Pour over crust and bake \u00a0in 350 deg. F oven for 25 minutes or until set. \u00a0Blend topping ingredients and spread on top of hot cheesecake. \u00a0Bake in 400 deg. F oven for 7 minutes. \u00a0Cool, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.<\/p>\n
