Who’s Got Beef with Being a Sheep?

I’m going deep on being a sheep.
You know what I speak. You’ve read the tweets.
“Be unique people! Don’t be sheeple.
Think for yourselves. All thoughts are not equal.”
We speak bleak and make mean statements that sweep about asleep peeps acquiescing to steep creeps.
About presidents and their veeps, weak speak and weaker meat.
Do the trends keep your guilt steep?
Are Instagram and TikTok interfering with sleep?
Temp treats if you can manage the upkeep.
This way doesn’t produce a life sweet.
But I find peace in seeking to be sheep.
Sheep sleep sound sittin’ ‘side a Shepherd’s keep.
My Shepherd speaks strength to my weak knees.
He leads me beside the quiet water’s deep.
He separates us from the goats at the end of the scene.
(Matthew 25 verse 42 and 33)
“For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat”
Then the goats are cast out for not caring for the least.
While the 99 are chillin’, eating green grass
That 1 that got away? God’s searching for his bleep.
Open up the Book and see what our God speaks
Psalm 80, 23, and 79:13
Ezekiel 34 and Jeremiah 23
So who’s got beef with being a sheep?
One thing is for sure. I don’t want to be a goat.
